I glanced at my receipt from Saturday's dinner this morning. My dish was peposo. With an E, like the start of "pepper." NOW, Google is helpful in the recipe search.
So much for being called "darling," but if you want to come over while I try to make something resembling duplex's version, let me know. I might need tasters.
